Today's graphic work is a finished version of the sailing modifiers diagram I posted back in October. I've adjusted the alignment of the text and arrows, added the missing modifiers, and added some "fuzz" between the text and the arrows to make the text more readable.
On the ready reference charts beside the diagram will be a couple other rules/modifiers necessary for waterborne movement: effects of river currents, effects of gale-force winds on sailing ships, and effects of a Strong Breeze on galleys. Also, river travel halves sailing speeds, while galleys under sail halve bonuses and double penalties.
OK. I'm officially impressed. This is really is going to be exhaustive.
