Geomorph A3: Observatory

This entry in the Atomic-Age and Alien Installation series, A3, is meant to be part of an observatory. It's a big telescope set on tracks with a control panel nearby. I probably could have added a catwalk to this geomorph, too, but I wanted to do something different. Plus, I think you're probably pretty tired of catwalks by now.

  1. I'm certainly not tired of catwalks, but this manages just fine without! If the supports can be climbed, there's a catwalk of sorts available, or a sniper's nest.

  2. Hi John,

My name is Catherine Meyers, I'm the admin of a web blog directory, while reading your blog and it's very interesting articles, I was wondering if you might be interested in a link exchange (no money involved), I would link you in my directory so people that visit it, will also visit your web and in exchange you put a link to my website anywhere you like in your blog. Please let me know if you are interested and the best of luck with "The Nine and Thirty Kingdoms".

    Regards

    Cathy

  3. @Porky: Yep, those struts can be climbed. Might not be a stable sniping point if someone can make it to the controls and set the telescope in motion, but hey, that's the risk you take...

@Catherine: I would need to check out the web blog. I link to RPG resources, in particular OSR resources, with an emphasis on stuff I find useful. If you have a blog listing RPG resources not already on Cyclopeatron or the OSR Wiki, then that could be useful. I would not require that you link back to me, either.
